Writing content
Designing, planning, developing, editing, and maintaining documentation and videos with minimal supervision
Developing and writing outlines, drafts and final deliverables for review
Maintaining detailed knowledge of relevant style guides, as well as methodology for writing internationalized English using the Clear & Concise approach
Actively documenting any new processes that come up during projects
Working closely with the development team based in Europe and Mumbai to produce complete technical product documentation including On-line Help, Videos
Ability to work in a deadline driven environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Willingness to learn software related to Technical writing and videos i.e. Robohelp and executing projects in conjunction with other Technical Writers
Preparing Word document in bilingual format
