Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the design team to deliver high-quality bus body designs meeting customer and regulatory requirements.
Develop and maintain design standards and best practices.
Collaborate with production, procurement, and sales to ensure feasibility and cost-effectiveness.
Oversee end-to-end design processes, from concept to final production.
Manage budgets, timelines, and resources for design projects.
Foster innovation, continuous improvement, and team development.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s/Master’s in Mechanical/Automotive Engineering.
8–10 years of design experience, preferably in automotive or bus manufacturing.
Proficiency in design tools (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks, CATIA).
Strong knowledge of industry standards and regulations.
Leadership, project management, and innovative problem-solving skills.
