Position Overview :
Ezone India is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Finance Executive to support the daily financial operations and administrative tasks within the organization. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing vendor calls, handling petty cash, and performing essential administration-related duties. This role is key to maintaining smooth financial transactions and efficient office operations.
Key Responsibilities :
Vendor Call Management : Manage daily communication with vendors regarding payments, invoicing,and financial inquiries. Ensure timely responses and resolutions to vendor concerns.
Petty Cash Handling : Maintain and manage the company’s petty cash fund. Ensure accurate and timely disbursement of petty cash and maintain proper records and receipts for all transactions.
Accounts Payable Assistance : Support the finance team by assisting with accounts payable tasks such as processing invoices, reconciling statements, and ensuring timely vendor payments.
Administrative Support : Provide general administrative support, including document management, filing, and assisting in the preparation of reports. Collaborate with the team to handle office supplies and other administrative duties as required.
Expense Reporting : Assist in tracking and reporting daily expenses, ensuring compliance with company policies. Compile and maintain expense reports for internal and external audits.
Record Maintenance : Ensure all financial and administrative records are accurate, up-to-date, and accessible. Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive financial information.
Team Collaboration : Work closely with the finance team and other departments to support overall business operations. Contribute to team meetings and discussions regarding financial performance and improvements.
Compliance & Controls : Assist in maintaining adherence to internal financial controls and company policies. Ensure that all transactions are in compliance with relevant laws and accounting standards.
Requirements:
Experience: 1-3 years of experience in a finance or administrative role, with exposure to financial operations and vendor management. Experience in petty cash handling is preferred.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
Skills: Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
TechnicalProficiency: Familiarity with financial software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel. Experience in using accounting and financial management tools is a plus.
Accuracy: High attention to detail in managing financial transactions and records. Ability to maintain thorough and accurate financial documentation.
Team Player : Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment. Capable of working independently and proactively managing responsibilities.

Compensation & Culture :
1.8 - 2.4 LPA (based on experience).
