Roles and Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement innovative sales strategies.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through creative approaches.
• Lead generation and developing strategies for marketing; Cold calling to prospective Travel Agents to develop business relationship.
• Identifying new business opportunities and staying ahead of market trends to capitalize on emerging prospects.
• Build a deep understanding of our products and present them effectively to Travel Agents.
• Increasing company sales by getting new clients and convincing existing clients to buy our products.
• Meeting sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) on a weekly and monthly basis.
• Maintaining meaningful relationships with existing clients to ensure that they are retained.
• Revival of Drop-out Agents.

Requirements :

• Good knowledge of destinations, suppliers & hotels.
• Should have extensive network and contacts in the travel industry that will help us expand further.
• Financial awareness including business acumen and profit awareness
• Enthusiastic with excellent Communication Skills.
• Confident and has good ability to interact with Agents.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹250,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 Per Year
