Qualification: Bachelors of Engineering in Chemistry/Diploma in Chemical Engineering/Graduate with 5+ years in handling Polymers product sales.
Role: Responsible for selling a variety of chemicals such as coatings, adhesives, sealants, elastomers and polymers (Polypropylene homopolymer, copolymer,) EVA, Impact modifiers for PVC etc.
* Meeting Monthly/Quarterly/Yearly Sales Targets by selling a variety of chemicals to be used in different industries.
* Keep management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses.
* Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques.
* Develop and grow the commercial relationships of assigned leading industrial customers while prospecting for new accounts to increase market penetration.
* Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; and participating in professional societies.
* Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports, and making recommendations to management.
* Manage sales pipeline to drive new business opportunities to commercial success.
* Forecast sales to enable operations planning and introduce product innovations.
Candidate’s Profile:
* Ability to handle support requests from Clients on Phone and Email.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
* Well-versed with Tally Prime/ERP, Microsoft Office and all modems of Google apps.
* Enthusiastic and self-motivated person who is a team player.
