Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and customize PeopleSoft applications to meet business requirements.
- Write, test, and debug PeopleCode, Application Engine, and SQR scripts.
- Configure and manage PeopleSoft components, including Application Designer, Workflow, and Security.
- Troubleshoot and resolve application issues, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
- Collaborate with business analysts, end-users, and technical teams to understand requirements and provide effective solutions.
- Implement and maintain PeopleSoft integrations using Integration Broker, REST, and SOAP.
- Stay updated with the latest PeopleSoft upgrades, patches, and industry trends.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of hands-on experience in PeopleSoft development.
- Strong expertise in PeopleTools, PeopleCode, Application Engine and Integration Broker.
- Experience with modules like HCM, FSCM, or Campus Solutions is a plus.
- Solid understanding of relational databases (Oracle/SQL Server) and SQL.
- Familiarity with upgrading and patching PeopleSoft applications.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
