Job Description
Position: Business Development Associate
Salary Range: ₹25,000 - ₹30,000 per month
Experience Required: 1 year
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate leads through market research, networking, and cold calling.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
- Conduct sales presentations to prospective clients, showcasing the value of our products or services.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of client solutions.
- Monitor industry trends and provide actionable insights to improve business strategies.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and contribute to the growth of the company.
Qualifications and Skills Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1 year of experience in business development, sales, or a related role.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Goal-oriented with a passion for driving results.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is an advantage.
