Job Description
Job Title: Senior Associate - Ops & Provider NetworkResponsibilities:
- Onboarding health care providers for OPD, AHC, and other health and wellness activities.
- Managing daily operations and tracking closures.
- Negotiate the best possible quotation with the service provider.
- Maintain a healthy relationship with service providers to understand their challenges.
- Developing trust relationships with major clients.
- Identifying growth opportunities for existing business.
- Understanding key provider needs and requirements.
- Resolve complaints and issues on a priority basis.
Required Qualification:
Graduation from any stream (Science and Commerce background preferred in Intermediate).
Required Skills:- Good Communication
- Basic knowledge of healthcare and wellness
- Negotiation
- Knowledge of MS Office tools
