Responsibilities:
Conduct research to identify new international markets and customer needs.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to grow our export business.
Build and maintain strong relationships with international clients and partners.
Negotiate contracts and close deals with international buyers.
Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and standards.
Coordinate with production, logistics, and marketing teams to meet client requirements and deadlines.
Prepare regular reports on sales performance and market trends.
Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in export business development in food industry.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, International Trade, or a related field.
Skills:
o Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
o Strong understanding of international trade laws and regulations.
o Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
o Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Fluency in English is required; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
