Position overview :
As a Relationship Manager at PayFX, you will play a pivotal role in managing and nurturing relationships with our valued clients.
You will serve as the primary point of contact for our customers, understanding their unique financial needs and providing tailored solutions to facilitate their international transactions and financial goals.
With your expertise and dedication, you will contribute to enhancing customer satisfaction, driving business growth, and reinforcing PayFX's position as a trusted leader in the Fintech industry
Key responsibilities :
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with a portfolio of clients, ensuring a personalized and seamless ex perience throughout their engagement with PayFX.
Actively engage with clients to understand their specific financial requirements, provide expert guidance, and recommend suitable products and services to meet their needs.
Collaborate closely with internal teams, including product development, customer support, and operations, to deliver innovative solutions and address customer inquiries or concerns promptly and effectively.
Proactively identify opportunities to expand client relationships and introduce additional PayFX services, maximizing customer value and loyalty.
Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory developments, and competitive landscape, sharing insights and recommendations with clients to optimize their financial strategies.
Uphold compliance with all relevant regulations and internal policies, ensuring adherence to industry best practices and ethical standards
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field; advanced degree or professional certifications preferred.
Proven track record in relationship management, preferably within the Fintech or banking sector, with a strong understanding of international financial transactions and payment solutions.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport, trust, and credibility with diverse clientele.
Demonstrated ability to analyze complex financial scenarios, assess customer needs, and propose strategic solutions to achieve desired outcomes.
Proficiency in leveraging digital platforms and technology tools to enhance customer experience and streamline processes.
Commitment to maintaining the highest standards of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.

Salary : 2- 2.4 CTC
