Position overview :

  • As a Relationship Manager at PayFX, you will play a pivotal role in managing and nurturing relationships with our valued clients.
  • You will serve as the primary point of contact for our customers, understanding their unique financial needs and providing tailored solutions to facilitate their international transactions and financial goals.
  • With your expertise and dedication, you will contribute to enhancing customer satisfaction, driving business growth, and reinforcing PayFX's position as a trusted leader in the Fintech industry
     

Key responsibilities :

  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with a portfolio of clients, ensuring a personalized and seamless ex perience throughout their engagement with PayFX.
  • Actively engage with clients to understand their specific financial requirements, provide expert guidance, and recommend suitable products and services to meet their needs.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams, including product development, customer support, and operations, to deliver innovative solutions and address customer inquiries or concerns promptly and effectively.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to expand client relationships and introduce additional PayFX services, maximizing customer value and loyalty.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory developments, and competitive landscape, sharing insights and recommendations with clients to optimize their financial strategies.
  • Uphold compliance with all relevant regulations and internal policies, ensuring adherence to industry best practices and ethical standards
     

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field; advanced degree or professional certifications preferred.
  • Proven track record in relationship management, preferably within the Fintech or banking sector, with a strong understanding of international financial transactions and payment solutions.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport, trust, and credibility with diverse clientele.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze complex financial scenarios, assess customer needs, and propose strategic solutions to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Proficiency in leveraging digital platforms and technology tools to enhance customer experience and streamline processes.
  • Commitment to maintaining the highest standards of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.

Salary : 2- 2.4 CTC
