Job Description

Develop comprehensive onboarding programs to introduce new hires and trainees to the company’s trading strategies, tools, and market insights.
Create and implement structured training programs for employees and trainees, ensuring they are well-equipped with the necessary skills to excel in domestic and Overseas Trading.
Act as a mentor to trading team members, providing guidance, feedback, and support to foster their career growth within Rising Capital Group.
Monitor employee and trainee performance, provide regular feedback, and recommend development opportunities or promotions where appropriate.
Work closely with the HR department to ensure alignment on recruitment, development, and retention strategies specific to the trading team.
