Job Description
- Manage recruitment and selection process for overseas manpower
- Coordinate with international recruitment agencies for sourcing candidates
- Conduct interviews and assessments to ensure quality hires
- Coordinate visa processing and documentation for selected candidates
- Organize pre-deployment orientation and training programs
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations
- Facilitate smooth onboarding and integration of overseas employees
- Handle grievances and disputes between overseas employees and management
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of overseas personnel
- Monitor and evaluate performance of overseas employees to ensure alignment with company goals.
