Job Description
Developing and Testing Java microservices
ï‚· Having good experience with Docker and Kubernetes scripting for deployment.
o Must have the ability to write scripts.
ï‚· Having Good support experience ( L2 & L3)
o Analysis and resolving escalated incidents.
o Analyzing and resolving regular incidents.
o Major System level changes, Re-configuring for resolution, Hot fixes
o Drills and Rehydration Support
ï‚· Will be doing On-Call support for P1 incidents.
ï‚· Experienced in incident and change management
ï‚· Must have understanding of SLA adherence
ï‚· Work with product team to provide logs etc. for service requests
ï‚· Good to Have exposure/ Experience in -- Azure APIM
o Good exposure of Azure and networking
o Experience in API versioning & API Security.
