Job Description
- Provide exceptional customer support for clients using Object IT software products
- Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a prompt and professional manner
- Troubleshoot technical issues and guide customers through problem resolution
- Document customer interactions and resolutions in the company's CRM system
- Collaborate with the product development team to communicate customer feedback and assist with software improvements
- Stay current on product updates and communicate changes to customers as needed
- Meet customer satisfaction metrics and strive to exceed customer expectations
- Assist in the creation of customer support resources such as FAQs and tutorials
- Participate in training sessions to continually improve product knowledge and customer service skills
- Embrace a teamwork mentality and always work towards the overall success of Object IT's customer support department
Salary : 18k-20k ( Fresher ) , Experience ( based on performance )
