Education counselor is an individual contributor role for guiding and selling certifications as well as degree programmes to working professionals.
Responsibilities:
* Responsible for selling courses through outbound, inbound and Online Process.
* Converting leads into admissions for top IITs, IIMs and Degree colleges.
* Generating referrals through the existing admissions.
* Achieving weekly and monthly sales targets.
* Responsible for converting any query into admissions.
* Attending 100-150 calls daily in order to achieve the allocated targets.
* Counsel the working professionals related to the suitable courses as per there domain.
Candidate requirements:
* Excellent written and Verbal communication skills.
* Creating urgency when required, Rebuttals and counselling skills
* Interpersonal Skills
* Active listening
