Job Description

- Lead and manage the South Indian cuisine section in our kitchen.
- Prepare and cook authentic South Indian dishes including dosas, idlis, vadas, and curries.
- Develop new recipes and menu items that showcase traditional South Indian flavors.
- Ensure the quality and consistency of all dishes served to guests.
- Train and supervise kitchen staff in preparing South Indian dishes.
- Maintain a clean and organized work station following all food safety guidelines.
- Collaborate with other chefs and kitchen staff to create a cohesive menu.
- Monitor inventory and order supplies as needed to meet demand.
- Stay up-to-date on current food trends and incorporate them into menu planning.
- Must have a minimum of 3 years of experience working as a South Indian Chef in a professional kitchen.
