Job Description
- Lead and manage a team of support engineers to deliver exceptional customer service and technical support
- Ensure team meets or exceeds key performance indicators and service level agreements
- Provide coaching, mentoring, and development opportunities for team members
- Collaborate with other departments to prioritize and address customer escalations and issues
- Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback to support continuous improvement
- Conduct performance evaluations and address any performance concerns or discrepancies
- Implement and enforce company policies and procedures to ensure consistency and efficiency
