Key Responsibilities:

• Production Management:
• Supervise daily production activities of steel shots and grits.
• Ensure adherence to production schedules and efficiency targets.
• Work closely with the production team to optimize processes and minimize wastage.
• Troubleshoot issues in production and ensure minimal downtime.
• Quality Control:
• Maintain high-quality standards in steel shots and grits production.
• Monitor quality control measures and conduct regular checks.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and client specifications.
• Implement quality improvement initiatives.
• Inventory and Logistics:
• Oversee inventory management and ensure the availability of raw materials and finished products.
• Manage the supply chain, including procurement, storage, and dispatch of steel shots and grits.
• Coordinate with logistics teams for timely delivery of products to clients.
• Client Relations and Sales Support:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
• Assist the sales team with technical knowledge and product information during client meetings.
• Work on quotations, negotiations, and contracts with clients.
• Address client complaints or issues and ensure timely resolution.
• Team Management:
• Lead and manage the production team, ensuring proper training and development.
• Monitor team performance and encourage a culture of safety, accountability, and productivity.
• Coordinate with HR for recruitment, training, and performance appraisals of production staff.
• Health, Safety, and Compliance:
• Ensure that safety protocols are strictly followed on the production floor.
• Conduct regular safety audits and ensure compliance with environmental and safety regulations.
• Promote a safe and healthy working environment for all employees.
• Reporting:
• Prepare and present regular production and quality reports to senior management.
• Analyze production metrics and recommend improvements.
