Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Handle in-house sales by engaging with clients in the showroom, understanding their needs, and offering personalized solutions for wardrobes, kitchens, and custom furniture.
Demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of the company's product range and services to effectively guide clients through the decision-making process.
Meet and exceed monthly sales targets, working to generate new leads and convert them into successful sales.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction from consultation through to project completion.
Collaborate with the design and project teams to ensure client expectations are met and projects are delivered to the highest standards.
Maintain up-to-date product knowledge, and keep track of market trends to provide clients with the most relevant solutions.
Key Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or related field.
3 to 7 years of experience in sales, preferably in the interior design or luxury home sector.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to build relationships with high-end clients.
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
