Job Description
Position: Digital Marketing Executive
Location: Udhna Darwaja, Surat
Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and manage marketing campaigns that promote the company’s products and services.
Enhance brand awareness in the digital space.
Optimize website content and SEO strategies to improve ranking and online visibility.
Manage and maintain the company’s website, including troubleshooting and ensuring a smooth user experience.
Measure and report the performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
Oversee and manage all organic and paid digital marketing channels (social media, Google Ads, etc.).
Create and manage email marketing campaigns.
Collaborate with internal teams (designers, developers) to create landing pages and optimize user experience.
Use IT expertise to implement automation tools and CRM systems to streamline marketing operations.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
Required Qualifications:
Educational Background:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Applications (BCA) or Master’s degree in Computer Applications (MCA) or a related IT field.
Certifications in Digital Marketing, Google Analytics, SEO, SEM, or relevant platforms are highly desirable.
Technical Skills:
Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and website management.
Familiarity with CMS platforms like WordPress, Joomla, or others.
Knowledge of SEO tools (Google Analytics, SEMRush, Moz, etc.).
Basic knowledge of programming languages (JavaScript, PHP, etc.) is a plus.
Ability to troubleshoot technical issues related to website functionality or marketing tools.
Soft Skills:
Strong analytical skills to assess and optimize marketing performance.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Creativity in developing new ideas and strategies for campaigns.
Experience:
1-3 years of experience in digital marketing or a similar role, with a focus on integrating IT skills into marketing strategies.
