Provide daily maintenance and High priority incident/problem resolution for network and Security -related issues.
· Operate and maintain LAN/WAN equipment and its related services.
· Proficiency with Cisco networking equipment including Cisco ISE (Identity Services Engine) and FortiNAC.
· Having Experience with Meraki networking solutions including SD-WAN, access points, firewalls, and other Meraki devices.
· Strong understanding of networking protocols and technologies including VLANs, STP, OSPF, BGP, VPN, and MPLS.
· Familiarity with WAN optimization technologies, particularly Riverbed could be added advantageously.
· Cisco certifications must be CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent certifications are preferred.
· Hands-on Experience on Cisco Switches and Load Balancers are added advances.
· Excellent troubleshooting skills with the ability to analyze and resolve complex network issues efficiently.
· Identify, diagnose and resolve complex network problems in LAN devices.
· Hands-on Experience on Aruba and Dell switches are added advances.
· Provides support for network connectivity or related network issues for the user community.
· Analyzes facilities bandwidth requirements and system interdependencies. Develops capacity planning models.
· Provides network planning recommendations to L3 or Subject matrix Expert.
· Evaluates services provided by vendors and recommends changes.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Qualifications and Certification:
· CCNP Recommend
· 4 to 8 years of Network experience
