Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Maintain high standards of software quality within the team by establishing good practices and habits
- Management of hosting environment, including database administration and scaling an application to support load changes
- Collaborate with front-end developers and other team members to establish objectives, design more functional, cohesive codes to enhance the user experience
- Provide technical leadership to teammates through coaching and mentorship
- Participate in peer-reviews of solution designs and related code
- Provide code documentation and other inputs to technical documents
- Build reusable code and libraries for future use
- Optimize applications for speed and scalability
- Implement data security and protection
Must have skills:
- Proficiency in Node.js, JavaScript, Nest.js, and TypeScript.
- Experience working in MongoDB, PostgreSQL, Microservices, GraphQL,MVC and Rest API.
- Proven 6+ Years of experience as a Back-End Developer
- Excellent analytical and time management skills
- Teamwork skills with a problem-solving attitude
