Hi, We have an exciting job opportunity for the position of Sr. System Admin at CyferTech. 
Below are the details:

Job Title: Sr. System Admin
Job Location: Remote
Shift: Rotational

Roles and Responsibilities:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, able to communicate with clients, and write emails and chat without errors.
Perform installation, customization, and maintenance of operating systems and system software products to support business processing requirements, including server and Windows patching. Strong knowledge of System Administration and Operating Systems (Windows & Mac).
Day-to-day desktop troubleshooting, including Outlook issues, user profile migrations, QuickBooks installation, firewall rules, NAT rules, VPN configuration, and managing switches/routers.
Good knowledge of O365, Azure AD, M365 Defender, Exchange, hybrid environments, cloud security, and PowerShell scripting.
Familiarity with servers, Active Directory, GPO, event logs, server migration, FSMO, 3CX phone system, rules, trunks, SBC, call flow, and phone provisioning.
Experience with cloud technologies, specifically Azure & AWS.
Preferred tools: Connectwise Automate/manage, Sophos Firewall, Microsoft 365, 3CX.
