Role: MS Teams Admin
Role Responsibilities:
● Assign DIDs in the MS Teams Admin Center to users and resource accounts
● Register MS Teams compatible phones and assign DIDs
● Create and Modify Auto Attendants, Call Queues and Call Routing
● Work with Masergy for any call routing or call quality issues, and any service provider related issues on PSTN trunks
● Work with Masergy for any Masergy hosted Call Center support or requests
● Monitor PSTN trunk usage. Review and Audit call detail records
● Audit and reporting for VoIP usage and quality issues
● Create and modify cloud fax accounts for users and assign inbound numbers as needed
● Powershell with Azure and MS Teams APIs
● Microsoft Teams Direct Routing
● SBC SIP trunks to connect PSTN to MS Teams Direct Routing
● MS Teams Location Based Routing
● MS Teams AutoAttendents and Call Queuing
● Configuring Emergency Calling
● MS Teams conferencing
● Time based routing and skills based routing
● Management of Multi-tenant Dial Plans, Normalization rules and route patterns
● Pattern matching with Regular Expressions
● Microsoft Office 365 user administration
● Microsoft Teams Administration
● Cloud fax service, like Fax2mail or eFax
● Managing QOS
● Administer and manage the WebEx collaboration platform to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
● Configure and customize WebEx settings based on organizational requirements.
● Monitor system health, performance, and usage trends to identify and address any issues proactively.
● Troubleshoot technical problems related to WebEx services, including audio/video conferencing, screen sharing, and recording.
● Provide technical support to end users, including resolving user inquiries and assisting with user training.
● Collaborate with other IT teams to integrate WebEx with other systems and applications.
● Stay up-to-date with the latest WebEx features, updates, and best practices.
● Develop and maintain documentation related to WebEx configuration, processes, and procedures.
● Participate in the evaluation and implementation of new technologies and enhancements to the WebEx platform.
● Ensure compliance with security policies and standards in the administration of WebEx services.
Qualifications/Experience:
● Diploma/Any Graduation
● Sr. Associate (5-7Yrs)
● CCNA or equivalent
● Experience with deploying, managing, and troubleshooting PSTN trunks
● Experience with reviewing and auditing call detail records
● Experience working with telephony service providers
● Experience working with MS Teams client and VoIP phone endpoints
● Experience with managing and administering user accounts, assigning DIDs, and voice policies.
