Job Description
- Provide excellent customer service and support to clients via phone, email, and live chat
- Assist customers with product inquiries, order processing, and general troubleshooting
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively address customer concerns
- Handle and resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate issues and ensure timely resolution
