Job Description
- Interact with customers via phone, email, and chat to provide support and assistance
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Utilize company resources to troubleshoot and solve customer issues
- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records of all interactions
- Provide product information and recommendations to customers
- Assist with processing orders, returns, and exchanges
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless customer service experience
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies
- Meet or exceed performance goals and metrics set by management
- Follow all Teleperformance guidelines and protocols to ensure customer satisfaction.
