MEC India, a Mumbai based Company is looking for a Business Development & Relationship Manager specializing in Exhibition Fabrication Services. Your primary responsibility will be to drive business growth and expand the client base for our exhibition fabrication services. You will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing effective strategies to generate leads, build strong relationships with potential clients, and secure new business opportunities within the exhibition industry.
Job Responsibilities:
• Developing and implementing comprehensive business development strategies aimed at driving revenue growth and expanding market share.
• Identifying and evaluating new business opportunities, partnerships, and strategic alliances.
• Building and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry influencers.
• Conducting market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities.
• Leading the development and execution of sales and marketing initiatives.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
• Preparing and delivering sales forecasts, reports, and presentations to senior management.
• Staying abreast of industry developments and competitor activities.
• Meeting or surpassing agreed-upon sales targets and performance metrics.
Job Qualifications:
• Education: UG: B. Com in Any Specialization, B.B.A/ B.M.S/M.B.A in Any Specialization
• Proven track record of minimum 2-3 years in business development and relationship management.
• In-depth knowledge of the exhibition industry, including current trends, key players, and client expectations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and build relationships.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
• Pleasing personality, flexible, open to travelling, and ready to achieve targets with a desire to make a significant contribution to a rapidly growing organization.
• Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in English language communication both oral and written.
