Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and Implement Training Programs: Design, develop, and deliver training programs based on organizational needs and industry trends.
Assess Training Needs: Conduct regular training needs assessments through surveys, feedback, and performance metrics to identify gaps and improvement areas.
Coordinate Training Sessions: Schedule and manage training sessions, ensuring timely delivery and attendance of employees across various departments.
Evaluate Training Effectiveness: Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, using key performance indicators (KPIs) and feedback to make improvements.
Training Material Creation: Develop and update training manuals, e-learning content, and other relevant training materials to ensure all training is comprehensive and up-to-date.
Facilitate Onboarding Programs: Oversee employee onboarding processes to ensure new hires are seamlessly integrated into the organization.
Collaborate with Leadership: Work closely with department heads and senior management to identify training needs and tailor programs accordingly.
Stay Updated on Industry Trends: Keep up-to-date with the latest training and development practices, especially in the retail industry.
Maintain Training Records: Ensure all training activities are documented and maintain accurate records of attendance, feedback, and assessment results.
Skills and Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum 8 years of experience in training and development or a related role, preferably in a retail or service-oriented industry.
Education: Degree in Human Resources, Education, Business, or a related field. Certification in Training & Development or HR is a plus.
Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is essential.
