- Responsible for recruitment of new members for Women Empowerment Society.
- Provide advisory services to members on personal and professional development.
- Assist in organizing empowerment workshops, seminars, and events.
- Collaborate with other organizations to expand outreach and resources for members.
- Develop strategies to increase membership and engagement within the society.
- Keep updated on trends related to women empowerment and provide relevant information to members.
- Support members in setting and achieving their personal and professional goals.
- Work with the executive team to create and implement programs that align with the society's mission.
- Maintain relationships with current members to ensure satisfaction and participation.
- Track and report on recruitment and advisory activities to the leadership team.
