Job Description
- Provide exceptional customer service to all clients via phone, email, and chat channels
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a professional and efficient manner
- Document all customer interactions and maintain accurate records in our CRM system
- Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs and concerns
- Keep up-to-date on product and service offerings to provide accurate information to customers
- Proactively reach out to customers to ensure satisfaction and identify any potential issues
- Assist with training and onboarding of new customer care team members
- Continuously seek ways to improve the customer experience and suggest process improvements to management.
