Job Descriptions

1 ) Sourcing & Screening of IT resumes from online job portals such as Naukri, Times, Career Builder, Linkedin, Monster and a lot more based on IT client's requirements.

2) Conducting telephonic interviews of the screened & shortlisted candidates.

3) Sharing client company job profile with the candidate, while conducting an interview in detail.

4) Sharing the profile with the Client Company through emails and verbal communication.

5) Taking feedback from the client company on the interviews done.
