Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

Prepare comprehensive design presentations for client meetings.
Schedule and conduct client meetings to discuss project requirements and design preferences.
Perform site inspections to assess client needs and gather necessary information for project planning.
Present design concepts and ideas to clients, ensuring alignment with their vision and requirements.
Communicate client feedback and requirements to the design team for project execution.
Report to the ECR office regularly to provide project updates and coordinate with the team.
Present design concepts and recommendations to clients effectively and persuasively
Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive business growth and customer satisfaction

Skills and Competencies:

Strong understanding of interior design principles and trends.
Ability to translate client needs into creative and functional design solutions.
Excellent communication skills for effective client interaction.
Proficiency in Tamil and English for both speaking and writing.
Good organizational skills to manage schedules and meetings.

Experience: 5 to 6 years in Interior Design
Qualification: Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch)
Languages: Tamil and English (spoken and written)
Salary: ₹40,000 and above + Travel Allowance
Working Hours: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
Weekly Off: 1 day
