Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound sales calls to connect with prospective clients in the recruitment industry, promoting Erekrut's services and solutions.
  • Develop an in-depth understanding of Erekrut's offerings and value propositions to effectively communicate their benefits to potential clients.
  • Establish and nurture long-term relationships with clients, understanding their recruitment needs, and providing tailored solutions.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals while maintaining a high level of client satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 0- 1 year of experience in IT placement. (Must have been the placement coordinator in college)
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
  • Self-driven and goal-oriented with a passion for achieving sales targets.
