Job Description
- Source and attract candidates through various channels
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
- Assist in the selection process by providing feedback and recommendations
- Act as a liaison between candidates and hiring managers
- Develop and maintain a network of contacts to help identify and source qualified candidates
- Assist in the onboarding process for new hires
- Update and maintain HR databases and employee records
- Assist with HR projects and initiatives as needed
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and HR.
