Job Description
- Interact with customers to understand their vehicle service needs
- Coordinate with technicians to schedule appointments and assign tasks
- Provide accurate estimates for service costs and explain the scope of work
- Communicate with customers throughout the service process, updating them on progress
- Assist in recommending additional services or repairs needed
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and courteous manner
- Ensure timely completion of all service appointments and maintain customer satisfaction
- Maintain records of customer interactions and service history for future reference
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
- Collaborate with the team to improve service processes and customer experience.
