Job Description
KeyResponsibilities:
Monitor and resolve reporting issues between the Firm and clients through electronic data interfaces
Generate and provide reports based upon Firm or clients’ requirements
Prioritize day to day tasks and issues with colleagues
Operate with a proactive approach to advisors and clients
Understand and troubleshoot electronic data exchanges with client
PositionRequirements:
High School Diploma (Required)
Problem Solving skills
Demonstrated ability to provide excellent client service
Strong data processing skills with a proven track record
Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Excellent oral communication skills
Proficient with relevant software applications including the Microsoft Office Suite (including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
