Key Responsibilities:
*Vendor Onboarding: Manage the onboarding process for new IT vendors and suppliers.
*IT Asset Management: Track and manage IT assets, including hardware, software, and licenses.
*IT Purchasing: Oversee the procurement of IT equipment and supplies.
*New Store Openings: Manage IT requirements for new store openings, including network setup, hardware installation, and software deployment.
*IT Asset Vendor Management: Build and maintain relationships with IT vendors and suppliers.
*Infrastructure Management: Ensure the smooth functioning of IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and workstations.
*Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve IT issues promptly.
*Security Management: Implement and maintain security measures to protect company data.
Qualifications:
*Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
*4-5 years of experience in IT infrastructure management within the QSR industry.
*Strong knowledge of IT asset management, vendor management, and purchasing processes.
*Experience with Windows and Microsoft technologies.
*Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
*Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
*Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
*Willingness to work a 6-day workweek.
