Distributed Systems:

• Proven experience in building distributed systems that are highly scalable and secure, with an understanding of microservices architecture.

Compliance Experience:

• Hands-on experience in developing products that adhere to GDPR, CCPA, and PII compliance standards.

Architectural Design:

• Robust knowledge in creating high-level designs, including the ability to foresee challenges from architecture design to complete development scenarios.

Security Proficiency:

• Ability to define and implement security measures, including VAPT testing and security audits.

Database Migration:

• Experience in defining migration plans from existing databases (MySQL) to modern databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB), with a focus on data integrity and performance.

Messaging and API Technologies:

• Strong expertise in using Kafka for message brokering and developing APIs using REST and GraphQL.

Performance Tuning:

• In-depth knowledge of performance tuning and optimization strategies to enhance application performance and scalability.

Communication and Leadership:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts clearly to diverse stakeholders

Requirements
