We are hiring for an Event, PR & Mass Media Trainee job, full-time, office role in Nerul / CBD Belapur, Navi Mumbai. This is a full-time job with a 3-month internship trainee period, and based on performance, you will be absorbed into full-time employment with a revised salary.

Responsibilities: Interact with corporate and business owners on behalf of the chamber, organize online digital and custom events (Digital and Physical), call and coordinate with delegates/attendees, arrange and host events and live shows on social media platforms, pre-event marketing and promotions through electronic media, conduct interviews and host online shows, PR and branding of the company, manage video editing and production of digital events with camera and editing, manage event budget sheets, interact with event sponsors.

Essential Skills & Qualification: 0-1 years of work experience in a similar role, excellent verbal and written English, marketing skills and knowledge of how social media posts work, self-motivated and dynamic, knowledge of MS Office products, understanding of event spaces and production, designing and creative writing skills, previous experience in managing digital and physical events, experience in client servicing.

After the 3-month internship, permanent employment will be offered based on performance.

Salary: ₹12,000 to ₹15,000, plus incentives. We are connected with corporate events across India and Mumbai, so candidates should be comfortable with traveling.
