Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Engineer/Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building strong client relationships, and driving sales revenue. This role involves both primary and secondary responsibilities, demanding a proactive approach to achieving targets and contributing to the company’s growth.
Qualifications:
Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering or any related field.
1-3 years of experience in sales and demand generation within the building materials industry (B2B and B2C).
Key Responsibilities:
Primary Responsibilities:
Market Mapping & Dealer Engagement: Identify potential markets and create a strategic market mapping plan.
Dealer Enrolment: Onboard new dealers and increase distributor counter share.
Sales Growth: Boost counter share percentage using support tools like technical services, promotional schemes, dealer staff training, and incentives.
Payment Recovery:
Access pending payment details from the CRM system.
Follow up with stakeholders to recover outstanding payments.
Confirm and ensure balance payment collection.
Secondary Responsibilities:
Site Visits: Conduct a minimum of 8 daily site visits (residential, commercial, and institutional projects) and 2 dealer visits.
Project Monitoring: Visit project sites for conversions and supervise key stages, such as concrete casting, before finalizing requirements.
Cross-Team Collaboration: Collaborate with marketing, product development, and customer service teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.
Promotional Activities: Organize technical meetings and promotional activities for key influencers based on project requirements.
Lead Coordination: Work closely with the sales team to ensure successful conversion of site leads.
Business Development: Support the growth of premium and potential dealers by engaging their network of influencers.
