Profile - Academic Counsellor
Language Proficiency: Should be English proficiency is required.
Work Experience: Fresher and Experience both can apply
ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES :-
Tele counselling and Admission call to Inform, counsel, and advice students about the courses and programs offered, admission
Ability to empathize with students and build relationships through conversations
Responsible to manage to convert leads for versatile Data Trained programs which are in collaboration with renowned Universities
Counselling and guiding prospective students about the different PG and UG courses offered.
Converting leads to admissions.
Providing in-depth information to prospective learners, includes counseling through phone, email, chat, and social media
Maintain effective communication till the time learner is on-boarded
Generate revenue by counselling prospects and converting them to sales
Sourcing new sales opportunities through outbound calls.
