Job Description
- Provide high-quality, efficient customer support to international users of Shaadi.com
- Respond to customer inquiries and issues through email, chat, and phone communication
- Educate users on how to effectively use the website and troubleshoot any technical problems
- Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with other team members to address escalated customer concerns
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and follow up as needed
- Stay up-to-date on Shaadi.com's features and services to provide accurate information to customers
- Work collaboratively with the tech team to address technical issues and improve customer experience
- Must have excellent communication skills and be fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Previous customer service experience and knowledge of the online dating industry is preferred.
