Job Description
- Provide first and second level support for end users with technical issues
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software problems
- Install, maintain, and upgrade computer systems and software
- Assist with network and server maintenance tasks
- Collaborate with IT team members to improve overall system functionality
- Create and maintain documentation for IT processes and procedures
- Manage user accounts and permissions
- Monitor and respond to system alerts and notifications
- Stay up to date on new technologies and best practices in the IT field
- Provide excellent customer service and communication to end users
