Job Description:
To obtain training need identification, analysis and its methodologies
To make available the necessary training materials for conducting an effective training program at all times
To ensure all the employees are trained and oriented about the Organization Mission & Vision, Values & Culture, Hospital infrastructure, Department’s quality system and Job Description of specified roles from time to time
To prepare periodical Weekly / Fortnightly / Monthly Training Calendar for the entire team
To keep updated then and there, to maintain all the training records and the records pertaining to Audit Preview
To identify the resource person for the in-house program in consultation with the HOD
To organize developmental programs for various departments and hospital groups within the organization
Analysing on-job-training and preparing a consolidated report
Evaluation of training program and its feedback mechanism
To update, revise and amend the content of the training module & other training materials as and when to the changing needs of the business operations
To communicate or share information and observation feedback regards to the training programs with the concerned department HODs
To prepare different types of training program like soft skills & technical skills that enhance the knowledge of all employees dealt therewith
To be aware of department’s performance and its area of key concerns in discussion with HOD
To carry out data collection and to support for easing the process
To adhere the safety protocols of the hospital in terms of both the patient and employees
Plan and deliver new hire's training program
Coordinate and deliver technical / soft skills training in order to make people to be updated with dynamic changing needs of healthcare sector
To drive the employees and associates in achieving training man hours in balanced manner
To provide continuous training to all the staff members in the department in order to improve performance / familiarize with latest techniques and recent technology
Bringing the uniformity in all training programs / methodology across pan India
To Organize Rewards & Recognition program at regular intervals (Pharmacy Club / Pharmacy Day / Competitions / Poster Presentations / Other Recreational activities etc)
To analyse the attrition and to control through close monitoring with the help of HR
To take care of new joiners during NHT’s and through new hire hand holding process
To maintain relevant training records in the department with respect to personal, material, equipment’s and process for the all the audit purposes
To participate and contribute to departmental quality initiatives
Preferred Candidate Profile:
People oriented and results driven
Demonstrable experience with T&D metrics
Knowledge of T&D systems and databases
Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills
Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
