Job Description
Role Description:
This is a full-time role as a Business Development Executive (BDE) at EsroMagica. As a BDE, your daily tasks will include providing guidance and support to students, conducting individual and group counselling sessions, helping students navigate their educational and personal challenges, and promoting Esro Magica's programs and services.
Working Hours: 8.5 hours per day (From 1:30PM-10PM)
Salary: 3.5 lpa + variable
Experience : fresher – 1.5 yrs
Responsibilities:
Provide expert counselling to students interested in pursuing a career in the space field.
Guide students through academic and career decisions related to space sciences.
Promote and sell EsroMagica's programs and services to prospective students.
Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients and partners.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth.
Qualifications:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Experience in providing counselling or mentorship is a plus
