  • Generate leads for HRMS through cold calling, networking, visiting industrial areas
  • Lead generation via social Network
  • Time to time Email communication to prospective & existing clients on various offers, achievements, articles that are of interest to the client or their industry.
  • Maintain client relationship
  • Update all leads & sales status on the CRM software
  • Timely reporting to seniors & detail updates on each client sales cycle
  • Should be able to demonstrate the solution capabilities to client.
  • Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
  • Identify the client challenge / pain areas & give propose solution that fits the requirement
  • Generate quotes for the client with an illustration on ROI
  • Coordinate with the tech team / demo specialist for detail capability leading to closure of sales.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
  • Consistent follow up, proactive actions, timely reminders with client to address all the queries leading to closure of business. Market competition analysis & time to time input to the product team
  • Collect feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal team
  • Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions, Events, conferences
