- Lead and manage the video editing team to produce high-quality content
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand project requirements and deliver within tight deadlines
- Oversee the entire post-production process, including editing, graphics, sound design, and color correction
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve editing techniques
- Mentor junior editors and provide constructive feedback to help develop their skills
- Ensure all final deliverables meet quality standards and adhere to branding guidelines
- Troubleshoot technical issues and find creative solutions to optimize workflow efficiency
- Maintain a strong attention to detail and uphold the highest level of accuracy in all editing work
- Prioritize and multitask on multiple projects simultaneously, while still meeting project timelines
- Display exceptional communication and teamwork skills to ensure a cohesive and collaborative editing process.
