• Lead end-to-end Salesforce implementations, including gathering requirements, designing solutions, configuring Salesforce, and deploying applications.

• Customize Salesforce applications to meet business requirements, utilizing Apex, Visual force, Lightning Components, and Salesforce integration tools.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions.

• Develop and maintain Salesforce data architecture, ensuring high quality data governance and system performance.

• Design and implement Salesforce integrations with external systems using REST, SOAP APIs, and third party platforms.

• Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior consultants and Salesforce admins in the team.

• Conduct workshops, training sessions, and demos for business users to ensure proper usage and adoption of Salesforce functionalities.

• Monitor system performance, identify issues, and implement necessary fixes or enhancements to ensure smooth operation of the Salesforce platform.

• Stay updated on Salesforce trends, releases, and new features, recommending relevant updates or improvements to the current system.

• Document technical solutions, configurations, and processes, ensuring knowledge transfer and future reference.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum of 8+ years of experience in Salesforce implementation, customization, and integration.

• Proficient in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and other Salesforce platforms.

• Strong knowledge of Apex, Visual force, SOQL, and Salesforce Lightning.

• Experience with Salesforce integration tools such as MuleSoft, Informatica, or similar.

• Expertise in designing and implementing Salesforce workflows, validation rules, and security models.

• Hands on experience with Salesforce API integrations using REST, SOAP, etc.

• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Platform Developer, Salesforce Certified Consultant) are highly desirable.

• Strong problem solving skills with the ability to analyze complex business requirements and design appropriate Salesforce solutions.

• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in industries such as IT, Manufacturing, or Services is a plus.

• Knowledge of Agile methodologies for project management.

• Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools for Salesforce deployments.
