Job Description
- Oversee all aspects of solar project management, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and implementation
- Coordinate with engineering, construction, and operations teams to ensure project delivery within scope, budget, and timeline
- Manage project progress and report on status to senior management and stakeholders
- Develop and maintain project documentation, including schedules, budgets, and risk assessments
- Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring successful project completion
- Lead and mentor project management team, providing guidance and support as needed
- Monitor industry trends and technologies to enhance project efficiency and performance
- Collaborate with internal and external partners to optimize project outcomes and drive continuous improvement.
