Job Description

- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads and promote company products/services
- Follow scripts and talk tracks provided by management to ensure consistency and quality of calls
- Build relationships with customers through effective communication and establish rapport
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and update information in the database
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide appropriate solutions
- Meet daily and weekly call targets as set by the team lead or manager
- Collaborate with the sales team to transfer qualified leads and ensure smooth handover
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, pricing, and promotions to effectively pitch to customers
- Work well in a team environment and contribute to team success
- Demonstrate professionalism, patience, and empathy while interacting with customers.
